Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.  

 

If your repair is an emergency please call 0131 229 3481 and wait for instructions.

 

If you have a gas leak vacate your property and call Scotia Gas Networks on 0800 111 999.

In order for James Gibb Property Management to ensure that we have all the relevant information to arrange repairs etc you must leave a daytime telephone number that you can be contacted on.  Thank you. 

    

Please note that you will need your unique James Gibb account number in order to report a repair.  This can be found: 

 
n              If you are a tenant in one of our let properties - on your Tenancy Agreement at the top of Section 4. 
 

or;

n             If you live in one of our Factored Developments - on your quarterly invoice.
