How did it all begin? 

In 1872 John Gibb launched the company to provide the letting of homes, joinery and funeral services within the city of Edinburgh.  Originally based in West Nicholson Street, the Company changed its name to James Gibb in 1892 and we have been based in our current west end offices since 1963.

Derek and Kevan Gibb are the 5th generation of the Gibb family at the helm of what is now one of Edinburgh's leading Property Management companies.  The fact that we are still a family-run company has ensured that our priorities have never changed in offering the best possible service to our customers.
